MVP Experts handles all the business issues of being an expert witness so you can focus the medical issues in question. A dedicated case manager coordinates scheduling, deadlines, and attorney communication. We handle all billing, invoicing, and collections. You receive a single 1099 from MVP Experts at year-end and carry no extra administrative burden on your practice besides our case manager working with your scheduling assistant.
MVP maintains active relationships with plaintiff and defense firms across Florida, with many cases moving through the practice annually. This can supplement the flow of cases you already receive directly from law firms, or provide you access to cases if you’re just getting started with this part of your career.
Most of the cases MVP Experts will send your way are personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Some cases may require a live exam with the injured party in the case. Others will also require depositions, phone conferences with the law firm you retained you, and occasionally cases do not settle and a court appearance may come up. , but the bulk of the engagement happens at your desk.
MVP handles all of the billing and collections for you. No retainers to negotiate, no long-term contracts to sign. Each case is its own engagement, with compensation structured around the work you do and a payment deposited when the client pays its bills.
