How We Work

Here’s what happens from the moment request an expert for your next case.

Every case follows the same process, managed entirely by your dedicated case manager, and organized in our easy-to-use web portal. (Bon’t don’t worry, you can always use email or phone – whatever’s easiest for you!

Step 01

Start a New Case

First time clients send an email, use our website form, or call us. Our regular law firm clients can do the same, but also love to jump into our portal to get a case started.

Provide the injured party’s key details, injury type, specialty needed, county, and your timeline in case there’s a rush. Your case manager picks it up immediately and is your single-point-of-contact on the case through to when it closes.

Andrew Myer, Attorney

Need a neurologist for a TBI case — plaintiff side. Hearing in 90 days.

M
Melissa, Case Manager

Got it. Send me the opposing counsel list and I’ll run the conflict check today.

Step 02

We Run the Conflict Check.

Your case manager runs the injured party’s details through a conflict check to determine which experts in our practice can advise on your case requirements. Nothing moves forward until your expert is cleared.

M
Melissa, Case Manager

Conflict check is clean — no issues on any of the names. Moving to sourcing now.

Step 03

We Present a Qualified Physician

Receive up to three CVs to select which board-certified physician meets your requirements. Not a match? Additional CVs will be presented.

M
Melissa, Case Manager

Two CVs are in the portal — both actively practicing neurologists with documented TBI experience.

Step 04

Select Your Expert. Book Key Dates.

Select the expert that fits your needs. We verify their availability against your hearing date and deadlines before the retainer goes out. No scheduling surprises after you’ve committed.

AM
Andrew Myer, Attorney

Dr. Chen is the right fit. Strong deposition history. Let’s move forward.

M
Melissa, Case Manager

Confirmed. She’s clear ahead of your hearing date. Retainer is going out now.

Step 05

Sign the Retainer and Fee Sheet

Your case manager will share a clear and concise retainer and fee sheet for signature. No surprise fees or billing issues. No referral charges.

M
Melissa, Case Manager

Retainer and fee sheet are in the portal. Digital signature — two minutes and we’re ready to go.

Step 06

Upload Your Records

Skip the administrative overhead. Simply upload your records to our secure portal or via email and our team will handle the indexing and organization. Your expert receives a streamlined file, allowing them to focus immediately on the clinical review rather than sorting through paperwork.

AM
Andrew Myer, Attorney

Signed. Uploading records now — around 1,800 pages.

M
Melissa, Case Manager

Received. File is organized and staged for Dr. Chen. She starts Monday.

Step 07

Document Review is Underway

Your expert conducts the medical record review and will execute an IME or CME if required. Your case manager coordinates phone conferences, record questions, and any further scheduling. You stay informed without managing the back-and-forth yourself.

M
Melissa, Case Manager

Review is underway. Dr. Chen had a few record questions — handled. Phone conference set for Friday at 3 PM if you want to connect.

Step 08

A Defensible Report. On Time.

You receive a clinically defensible narrative report, organized and cited directly to the medical record. Litigation timelines don’t flex, and neither do we.

M
Melissa, Case Manager

Final report is in the portal. Every finding cited directly to the record. Ready for depo whenever you are.

Step 09

Testimony Coordinated. Case Closed.

We coordinate deposition and trial scheduling, ensuring your expert is prepared, and coordinate conference calls required to prep. Your case manager manages the details so you can focus on the case. Support comes promptly from the expert and your case manager until the case settles or a judgement is rendered.

AM
Andrew Myer, Attorney
